MPS is a formative company! We are proud to train the next generation in the technical field.
MPS trains between 8 and 10 apprentices each year at three production sites (Biel, Bonfol and Court). These young people have the chance to work on state-of-the-art machines and thus discover the world of work under the best possible conditions. They are closely supervised by their apprenticeship supervisor, while enjoying a certain amount of freedom to develop their knowledge and skills.

We followed four of our apprentices during a work day and made videos of them. They explained their role, showed us their work environment and explained what their daily tasks are.
