Swiss Triple Impact
We are proud to be a member of the Swiss Triple Impact Program, a unique program that enables Swiss companies to measure their contribution to the UN's SDGs and thus improve their sustainability performance.
EcoVadis Silver Medal
MPS has earned a Silver Medal from EcoVadis in the last 12 months. It reflects the quality of the company's sustainability management system and demonstrates a commitment to promoting transparency throughout the value chain.
ISO 14001
As an ISO 14001-certified company, our environmental policy describes our commitment to minimizing our impact on the environment while improving our performance and satisfying our clients.
Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy is based on three distinct priority areas that form the cornerstones of our commitment: Diversity, Equality and Inclusion; Sustainable Consumption and Production; and Health and Safety.
In 2023, we published our first-ever Sustainability Report. It brings together all the information relating to our efforts to improve our actions in these areas. In line with our partnership with Swiss Triple Impact, it also includes our sustainable development objectives for the coming years.

Through sustainable practices, ethical business standards, and community engagement, we strive to make a meaningful difference in the world around us. From reducing our environmental footprint to promoting diversity and inclusion and improving well-being at work, our CSR commitment is ingrained in everything we do.
Energy consumption: Since 2017, MPS has been undertaking projects to achieve its target of a 10% reduction in energy consumption by 2025 compared with 2017, with the support of the Swiss Energy Agency for the Private Sector (EnAW). In the face of the 2022 crisis, MPS has identified and implemented new measures to optimize the use of production equipment in order to achieve a 17% reduction in 2023 compared with 2021.
Solar panels: The roofs of MPS buildings in Biel, Bonfol and Court are covered with solar panels, providing a total output of 750 kW. These panels produce enough clean energy to cover 15% of our electricity consumption.
Beehives: At our Court site, we have installed beehives next to the factory. They promote local biodiversity and attract bees that would otherwise rarely venture onto this industrial estate. The honey produced is offered to employees at the end of each year.
