State-of-the-art equipment for complex products
MPS operates three sites with state-of-the-art equipment. Built respectively in Biel in 2008, in Bonfol in 2013 and in Court in 2015, these factories were designed to meet our needs and to satisfy our values: quality, innovation, miniaturization, precision and customer focus.
Thanks to these cutting-edge production facilities, we are able to produce varied, complex and very small parts. Our extensive machinery allows us to apply many different machining processes, including turning, milling, lapping, EDM, polishing, welding and many others.
Our impressive production and grinding machinery allows us to guarantee large production capacities. Our metrology department controls and ensures the conformity of the tools and measuring instruments used in order to meet the established requirements.
Our mechanical prototyping workshop guarantees the production and modification of prototypes in a very short time. It is equipped with the latest machinery, including lathes, milling machines, wire and sinker EDM machines, and grinding machines.
MPS has extensive facilities dedicated to the assembly of miniature components for the watch, optical, medical, automation and aerospace markets. We have the capacity to develop most of the specific equipment we need to optimize the assembly process.
With a surface area of 200m² and meeting ISO 7 standards, our clean room ensures a controlled and adapted environment for the assembly of delicate components intended for our active implants and other medical devices.
