We attach great importance to diversity and strongly condemn any form of discrimination. As an organization with people with various sexual orientation, socio-cultural backgrounds and ideas, we must ensure that everyone feels safe, included and respected for what they stand for.
Throughout the month of June, which is officially recognized as Pride Month in some countries, it is important to take some time to reflect on our actions towards the LGBTQIA+ community. At MPS, everybody has the right to be treated respectfully, everybody has access to the same opportunities, and everybody deserves to be happy at work. Spread love and happy #PrideMonth!
