MPS relies on a highly skilled process engineering department to transform our customers' and R&D ideas into robust and repeatable manufacturing and assembly processes. This flexible and multidisciplinary team, whose expertise covers many areas such as turning, milling, EDM, gluing, grinding or polishing, is constantly looking for innovation in the way processes are applied and equipment is used.
Our process engineers are very rigorous in their documentation, especially with regard to risk analysis, procedures and personnel training. They also perform regular tests to ensure that all processes are working properly. Finally, they work hand in hand with the validation department to maintain processes in a validated state.
