Work for MPS USA


  • Manage projects from the acquisition to the completion of the system development
  • Ensure a seamless exchange of information between the development team in Switzerland and the US clients
  • Work in close cooperation with the US sales organization and the development team in Switzerland
  • Challenge the technical solutions proposed by R&D
  • Provide valuable advice to the sales team in order to convince the customer to choose MPS


  • Mechanical engineer with deep knowledge in mechatronic systems and electronics
  • At least 5 years of practical experience
  • Skilled in working with 3D CAD software, preferably Solidworks.
  • You can work on your own, take the right decisions, evaluate technically challenging electromechanical systems, write technical reports and make clear presentations.

Help us develop our presence in North America! MPS is a Swiss based company employing more than 470 people. We opened a new subsidiary in Boston, MA last year and are looking for talented people that will grow the MPS brand and business in the U.S. We are experts in designing and manufacturing custom-made electromechanical microsystems for the medical, optical, semiconductor and defense markets.
