Projects management and specifications At mps, each engineer is an expert in the field of the project in question. The projects are managed through a methodical process ensuring that the specifications are fulfilled; the costs are kept under control and a good communication is maintained between the different team members. Every project follows a "milestone" process where each step is validated togheter with the customer.
Industrialization CAD tools (SolidWorks and ProEngineer) are used to design the product and the manufacturing tools. From the beginning of a project mps will take into account the constraints of series production along with process capability studies and statistical tracking. mps can also guaratee a Cpk of 1.33 if required.
Each step of the process relies on a team of highly specialized personnel and a set of high-performance machines which are regularly updated.
