Linear actuators

MPS linear actuators are very compact, offer outstanding precision and can be adapted to the most demanding environments. The ball screws that make up these actuators give them a smooth, stick-slip-free linear motion. The diameter, motor, screw type and other elements of the linear actuator can be configured to your requirements.

  • Combination : motor Ø22mm + nearly 0 backlash (max 0,15°) compliant coupling + preloaded duplex ball bearings + ball screw
  • Optimized low outgassing lubricants (measured according to optical industry standards)
  • Optimized lubricants for  best smoothness (no stick and slip)
  • Compatible with different ball screws and motor types
  • Shielded ball bearings to prevent contamination from the motor side to the application
  • Sealed version (bellow) available to prevent any cross contamination

  • Axial force of 400N can be generated
